Abstract (en)
The flange unit consists of a flange (1) and a seal (2), whereby the flange on its connecting side facing the seal has a recess (5), the longitudinal axis of which runs parallel to the longitudinal axis of the flange. The seal has at least one tab (3) bent down at right angles and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the flange and which engages in the recess in the flange face and lies against one wall of the recess. The tab has a section which is bent down in the direction of the other wall and lies against this wall under bending tension.

Die Flanscheinheit besteht aus einem Flansch (1) und einer Dichtung (2), wobei der Flansch (1) an seiner der Dichtung (2) zugewandten Anschlussseite mindestens eine Vertiefung (5) aufweist, deren Längsachse parallel zur Längsachse des Flansches (1) verläuft, und wobei die Dichtung (2) mindestens eine, rechtwinklig, parallel zur Längsachse des Flansches abgebogene Lasche (3) aufweist, die jeweils in die Vertiefung (5) eingreift und einseitig an einer Wand (5a) dieser Vertiefung (5) anliegt, wobei die Lasche (3) einen Teilbereich (4) aufweist, der in Richtung der der einen Wand (5a) gegenüberliegenden anderen Wand (5b) abgebogen ist und an der anderen Wand (5b) unter Biegespannung anliegt. <IMAGE>
