The inventive shoe (1) comprises at least one sole (17, 17'), at least one upper part (6) and at least one bi-stable element (5). The bi-stable element is preferably configured in a flat manner, comprising leaf-spring type sections (2) and can be arranged on the sole (17, 17') or be embedded therein.
