Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1444911A1] The device has a runner-lever (6) articulated on a support part (1) and on which is articulated a boot strap (8) connected to a coupling unit that cooperates with another coupling unit. A spring (15) of hunting horn type supports on the runner-lever and on the boot strap by maintaining the bootstrap in an oblique position moved away from the latter coupling unit.
