The curtain holders have a profile section (10) with each holder (50) having two wall sections (20,30). Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorhangschiene bestehend aus zwei Haltern und einer an diesen anbringbaren Schiene. Ist nach der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass die Schiene als durchgehender Profilabschnitt ausgebildet ist, dass jeder Halter zwei Wandteile aufweist, dass jeweils der der Längsmitte des Profilabschnittes zugekehrte Wandteil mit einer Aufnahme versehen ist, die den Profilabschnitt in horizontaler Richtung unverschiebbar aufnimmt und in vertikaler Richtung zumindest gegen Absenken abstützt und dass der der Stirnseite des Profilabschnittes zugekehrte Wandteil als Anschlag den Profilabschnitt axial unverschiebbar festlegt, dann werden alle Anforderungen an eine Vorhangschiene auf einfache und kostengünstige Weise optisch ansprechend gelöst. <IMAGE>
