Abstract (en)
A cross-wound bobbin rests on an upright spindle and surrenders its thread as this is drawn off horizontally to a textile machine. The thread discharges first horizontally to a pulley wheel (23) that is spring-mounted on a horizontal arm. The arm rises and falls to maintain horizontal discharge of the thread from the bobbin. The pulley wheel is maintained at all times below the highest point of the bobbin. Thread discharge speed variations are minimized by horizontal variation of the gap (a) between the pulley and bobbin axis (33). The pulley arm (24) end rises and falls (29) in a groove (31) under power.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Spulstelle für eine Kreuzspulen herstellende Textilmaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zur Verbesserung des Ablaufverhaltens eines Fadens von einer Vorlagespule und einem Antrieb zum Rotieren der Vorlagespule während des Umspulprozesses. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Fadenabwickeleinrichtung (4) mit einem Fadenumlenkorgan (23) vorgesehen ist, das während des Abwickelns des Fadens (30) von der Vorlagespule (2) außermittig zur Spulenachse (33) und so zu dem in Abwickelposition befindlichen Teil der Kopsbewicklung benachbart angeordnet ist, daß der Faden (3) ohne Bildung eines Fadenballons von der Vorlagespule (2) abgewickelt wird. <IMAGE>
