Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1445230A2] The lift shaft closure for telescopic doors has the door frame (2) in the closing edge section (3) constructed from at least one first door frame section and a second door frame section, whereby both door frame sections are connected to be at least partially thermally separated. The first door frame section under a defined thermal stress at least partially changes its position in relation to the second door frame section. The first door frame section forms with the second a labyrinth. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a procedure for the fulfilling of fire protection requirements for lift shaft closures for a telescopic door; and (b) a procedure for the fitting of a lift shaft closure.
