Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1445396A2] The arrangement for the connecting of two terminating edges of panel-form elements (9,10) has at least one spacer (4) protruding from one edge and on its front face end is deflectable at right angles to the longitudinal extent of the panel-form element. At least one dilatation cavity (5) is formed between the two edges, and an abutment edge (3) is formed in the dilatation cavity and against it rests the spacer. With swelling of the panel-form elements and a reducing in size of the dilatation cavity the spacer is deflected to the side, moving in the direction of the dilatation space. An independent claim is included for a use for the arrangement of connecting ceiling or wall elements.
