[origin: EP1445553A1] The arrangement has a heat exchanger unit(s) with a component(s) whose temperature varies with current and a second component(s) with 2 sub-units connected to an electrical supply to produce the first component's current. At least one sub-unit is at a distance from the first component with devices for exchanging electrical and thermal energy between them. The first component has a device(s) for exchanging electrical and/or thermal energy. The arrangement has at least one heat exchanger unit with at least one first component carrying an electric current whose temperature varies with the current and at least one second component with two sub-units connected to the opposite poles of an electrical supply to produce the current in the first component. At least one of the two sub-units is at a distance from the first component and devices are provided between them for the exchange of electrical and thermal energy. The first component has a device on at least one surface for exchanging electrical and/or thermal energy. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a heat exchanger, especially an air conditioning system for a motor vehicle.
