[origin: WO03046237A1] The invention relates to the use of a non-corrosive copper-zinc alloy for drinking water shaped parts that contains 23 to 32 wt. % zinc, 0.01 to 0.3 wt. % of at least one of the following elements: tin, iron, nickel, aluminum, silicon, 0.7 to 1.5 wt. % lead and contains copper as the remainder. This non-corrosive copper-zinc alloy is used as a material for producing coupling parts, angular parts, curved angle parts, T-shaped parts and distributing parts, all of which intended for transporting drinking water.
