[origin: EP1447038A2] The bath and shower tub (1) has a floor (2) and a sidewall (3) defining an opening for access to the bath. The opening has a door (18) which can be opened for access to the bath tub and closed to seal against the tub. One of the edges of the sidewall opening (4) has a lower section which is convex in cross section to match a concave edge on the door and seal when closed.
