[origin: EP1447071A1] Training or therapy device comprises at least two stand surfaces movably arranged on a device frame or housing (2) for each foot of a user, and a motor drive for producing a pivoting movement of the stand surfaces. The stand surfaces are each provided on an independently mounted stand surface element. The stand surface elements are pivoted in opposite directions by the motor drive about two perpendicular axes lying in the plane of each stand surface. Preferred Features: The stand surface elements are pivotably mounted on the frame or housing by at least one ball-and-socket joint. The stand surface elements are plate-shaped elements or plates (7, 8).
