Abstract (en)

The roller cutting device cuts a layer (12) of the product. It includes at least one rotary roller cutter (16) mounted on a drive shaft (18). The cutting device includes a vibration device (10) which causes the roller cutter to vibrate parallel to the axis of the drive shaft. The excitation system operates on the magnetic-mechanical principle.

Es wird eine Rollenschneideinrichtung zum Schneiden eines Produktteppichs (12) vorgeschlagen, umfassend mindestens ein rotativ angetriebenes Rollenschneidmesser (16), das auf einer Antriebswelle (18) sitzt. Die Rollenschneideeinrichtung weist eine Schwingungseinrichtung (10, 30) auf, die das Rollenschneidmesser (16) einer Schwingung aussetzt (Figur 1). <IMAGE>
