To allow for shirts sleeves of different sizes, the cross section of the arm at the junction (9) with the trunk is smaller than in the vicinity of the junction. The arm expands after the junction within a very small zone, until it is at its maximum cross section. When the body is inflated, a section (11) of the arm lies against the trunk.
