[origin: BE1014824A7] The metallic heating unit has a front door (2) with a window, lower, upper, rear, left and right walls. A refractory coating covers one of the unit faces. The interior chamber is where combustion of wood occurs. The unit is embedded in the wall (M) so that only the door is visible. A casing around the different faces forms a chamber communicating with the room through conduits. The combustion fumes are evacuated through a pipe connected to a chimney. The upper part of the casing is connected to extraction pipes (14,15) having ends connected to hot air vents (16,17).
