[origin: EP1450111A2] The method involves detecting temperatures (t1,t2) at a coupling circuit (5), linked to an inlet (16) of a heat exchanger (6) on a warm water circuit (7), and at the outlet (18) of the same heat exchanger. The heat requirement of the warm water circuit is determined, based on the temperatures. An independent claim is also included for a heating mechanism.
