Abstract (en)
The module has a weighing pan (18) which integrates a weighing cell and a motorized driving unit (22) for transport of a courier article from one end of the pan to another end. A detecting unit with Hall effect detector and an optical sensor detects size of the courier article. A processing unit calculates weight of the article in a determined weight interval obtained from the size.

Module de pesée comportant un plateau de pesée (18) intégrant une cellule de pesée (20), au moins une bande d'entraînement motorisée (22) pour le transport d'un article de courrier d'un bord à l'autre du plateau de pesée, des moyens (52, 54, 56) de détection du format de cet article de courrier et des moyens de traitement (30) pour calculer le poids de cet article de courrier dans un intervalle de poids déterminé obtenu préalablement à partir de ce format. <IMAGE>
