The device has a transmission unit (26) moving with respect to a body (22) between a position of rest, a position of commutation, and a position of support. The transmission unit maintains a switch pin (24) between the position of commutation and the position of support. The position of commutation is spaced between the position of support with a distance of support greater than a distance of commutation (dc). An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle.

Ce dispositif de détection comprend un interrupteur (20) ayant un corps de base (22) et un doigt d'interrupteur (24) mobile entre des première et seconde positions de commutation, espacées l'une de l'autre d'une distance de commutation (dc). Le dispositif comprend un élément de transmission (26) mobile entre des positions de repos, de commutation et de maintien. L'élément de transmission (26) est adapté pour maintenir le doigt (24) dans sa première position de commutation entre sa position de commutation et sa position de maintien. La position de commutation est espacée de la position de maintien d'une distance (d2) qui est supérieure à la distance de commutation (dc).
