The body includes: an inlet 64 in communication with a supply line and an outlet 32 in communication with a flush conduit; a valve assembly 514 in the body positioned to control a flow from the inlet to the outlet by closing a water flow between the inlet and the outlet upon sealing action of a flexible member 528 in a lip seal 525; and an actuator 50 for actuating operation of a movable member.
