Abstract (en)
The toggle-joint press has two swing levers (14,16) linked together by a joint (18). The free end of the first lever is attached to a press tool (22), and the free end of the other lever is keyed to a rotating shaft (28) from a drive, on a section of the shaft shaped as an eccentric. The keyed fitting of the lever at the shaft can be released when the toggle lever is in the extended position. The keyed bond between the lever and the shaft is supported by a spring unit (30).

Eine Kniehebelpresse ist versehen mit zwei durch ein Gelenk (18) schwenkbar verbundenen Hebeln (14,16), deren erster (14) an seinem freien Ende mit einem Presswerkzeug (22) verbunden ist und deren zweiter (16) am freien Ende drehfest auf einer durch einen Antrieb drehbaren Welle (28) sitzt. Die drehfeste Verbindung zwischen dem zweiten Hebel (16) und der Welle (28) ist lösbar, wenn der Kniehebel in die gestreckte Stellung gelangt. Der zweite Hebel (16) ist auf einem als Exzenter (44) ausgebildeten Abschnitt der Welle (28) angeordnet.
