Abstract (en)
A papermaking assembly discharges a fibrous suspension from a head box between two sieve belts (D1, D2). A separator (TE) is located in close proximity to the paper web release point. The separator is on contact with one of the belts (D1/D2). The separation element is a suction shoe with a flat or curved surface e.g. a suction drum or a water-impermeable belt. The wet discharging paper web alignment is maintained at the release point by a guide (LE).

Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn, insbesondere einer Papierbahn, aus einer Faserstoffsuspension mit einem Doppelsiebformer weist zwei miteinander zusammenwirkende Siebbänder (D1, D2) auf. Im Bereich der Auslaufseite des Doppelsiebformers ist an einem der Siebbänder (D1, D2) ein Trennelement (TE) angebracht ist, das die Faserstoffbahn auf dem ersten Siebband (D1, D2) hält. <IMAGE>
