Abstract (en)
A child proof safety grille for fitting to windows, balconies and other sites comprises an array of flexible vertical wires stretched between upper and lower horizontal metal rods whose outer ends are attached to fittings to secure the grille. The fittings include support brackets and slotted fastenings to adjust the tension in the grille. The vertical wires have a thickness of between 3 and 5 mm and are spaced between 60 and 120 mm and can be stainless steel or coated metal. The wires are welded to the horizontal rods. The grilles are fitted to fixed frames or to vertical posts, e.g. for safety fencing. The grilles can also be made in standard sizes.

Absturzsicherung für Fenster und Balkone oder "Kinderschutzgitter"aus Stahl die elstisch biegeweich und dadurch federnd leicht verformbar sind,vorzugsweise aus je zwei oberen und unteren dünnenAbschlussstäben und ansonsten nur aus sehr dünnen vertikalen Rundstäben bestehen,die mit den horizontalen Abschlussstäben rechtwinkelig schweisstechnisch verbunden sind ohne diese zu überragen. <IMAGE>
