[origin: EP1452764A1] The electromagnetic spring pressurized brake (1) is used as a safety brake, automatically activated when the power supply is interrupted. A rotating brake disk arrangement (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) is coaxial positioned between a flange arrangement (14, 16) and the rotor ring unit (14, 22, 24). The forces created by the brake springs (50) act axially on the rotor ring unit (14, 22, 24), the flange arrangement (14, 16), and the brake disk arrangement (4, 6, 8, 10, 12). The brake spring (50) can be individually adjusted by rotating a threaded bolt (52) inside a threaded guide (55).
