Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1453357A2] The method involves entering a desired value (1) at a defined time, measuring a sound parameter(s) (3) for a first ambient situation at the defined time, automatically learning (4) adjustment values to be used depending on the desired value and the measured parameter(s), renewed measurement of a sound parameter(s) (5) for a second ambient situation and adjusting the hearing aid (6) to one of the adjustment values relating to the second situation. The method involves entering a desired adjustment value into the hearing aid at a defined time, measuring at least one sound parameter relating to a first ambient situation at the defined time, automatically learning adjustment values to be used depending on the desired adjustment value and the at least one measured sound parameter, renewed measurement of at least one sound parameter relating to a second ambient situation and adjusting the hearing aid to one of the adjustment values relating to the second situation. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an arrangement for adjusting a hearing aid (b) a hearing aid with an inventive arrangement (c) and an adjustment system with an inventive arrangement.
