Abstract (en)
Device for mounting a collecting nozzle (7) on a bottom element (3) of a casting ladle, this bottom element being carried by a support (1), incorporates a support system for supporting the collecting nozzle on the bottom element and applying it by reaction on the bottom element. The support system comprises some elastic means of which the deformation generates the force with which the collecting nozzle is thrust on the support. An independent claim is also included for a collecting nozzle for a casting ladle using this mounting device and incorporating, on its upper surface, a layer of a flexible material resistant to the conditions of utilization.

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de montage d'une busette collectrice (7) sur une pièce de fond (3) d'un récipient de coulée, la pièce de fond étant portée par un support (1), le dispositif comprenant des moyens d'appui (15,16) pour appuyer la busette collectrice sur le support (1) de la pièce de fond (3) et l'appliquer par réaction contre sur la pièce de fond. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'appui (15,16) comprennent des moyens élastiques (33) dont la déformation engendre la force avec laquelle la busette collectrice s'appuie sur le support. Selon un autre de ses aspects, l'invention concerne une busette collectrice destinée à être utilisée dans un tel dispositif. Cette busette comporte, sur sa face supérieure (14) en position d'utilisation, une couche (35) d'un matériau souple résistant aux conditions d'utilisation de la busette collectrice. <IMAGE>
