Abstract (en)
Process for galvanizing components with metallic coatings comprises moving the component to be coated through process stations using a gripper (20), and immersing in galvanic baths (29, 30). During immersion the position and/or orientation of the immersed component is changed by moving the gripper and the component is removed from the bath. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the process.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Galvanisieren von Bauteilen mit metallischen Überzügen in einem galvanischen Bad, wobei das zu beschichtende Bauteil einzeln von einem Greifer aufgenommen, in das galvanische Bad eingetaucht, während des Tauchens die Position in vorbestimmter Weise durch Bewegung des Greifers verändert und zuletzt das Bauteil aus dem galvanischen Bad entfernt wird. <IMAGE>
