The seam insert for building plates provides for a seam between them with predetermined width and has a body (1) so dimensioned or shaped that it at least partly extends with clearance into at least one corresponding recess in a plate. This prevents the displacement of the plate or a plate series in a direction parallel to the seam over a predetermined dimension. A distance holder (4) is arranged on the body, which extends into the seam and has a thickness which corresponds to a desired maximum seam width. The body has a location (2) for the plates and at one end of the body a cap (3) is exchangeably fixed.

Es wird ein Fugeneinsatz für Bauplatten, die zum Verlegen von Parkflächen oder Fahrbahnen für Kraftfahrzeuge, insbesondere auf Parkdächern, vorgesehen sind, sowie eine an den Fugeneinsatz angepasste Platte zur Verwendung mit einem solchen Fugeneinsatz beschrieben. Der Fugeneinsatz zeichnet sich durch einen Körper (1) aus, dessen Umfang so bemessen oder geformt ist, dass er zumindest teilweise in mindestens eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung in einer Platte so eingreift, dass ein Verschieben der Platte in einer Richtung tangential zu dem Körper (1) über ein vorbestimmbares Maß hinaus verhindert wird. Damit können in besonders wirksamer Weise sowohl Schub- als auch Drehkräfte aufgenommen werden, die auf die Platten einwirken, so dass ein vorbestimmter Fugenabstand dauerhaft erhalten bleibt. <IMAGE>
