Abstract (en)
The house with staggered dwellings has one dwelling consisting of a single-story dwelling section (10') and a two-story dwelling section (11'). The floor area of the single-story dwelling section has at least the area in square meters of the floor area of the two-story dwelling section, and the latter consists of outer room facing a facade, and an inner room. In a house the two-story dwelling section of all staggered floor dwellings have the same floor area.

Es wird das Konzept eines Wohnhauses vorgestellt, welches auf dem Prinzip von gestaffelten Wohnungen aufgebaut ist. Die gestaffelten Wohnungen weisen jeweils einen eingeschossigen Wohnteil (10 23) und einen zweigeschossigen Wohnteil (11) mit Aussenraum auf. Die Wohnfläche (10 und 11) der Geschosswohnung ist offen und erlaubt die Verwirklichung individueller Wohnwünsche in bisher nicht bekannter Variabilität. Das Statiksystem fixiert keine räumliche Gliederung. Die vorgestellte Wohntypologie kann in allen städtebaulichen Bauformen wie Wohnblocks, Blockrandbebauungen oder Hochhäusern ab zwei Geschossen realisiert werden. Die Wohnungsgrössen können dem Ort und der Zielgruppe entsprechend bestimmt werden. Die Kombination der Wohntypologie mit Dienstleistung- und Gewerbenutzung wird mit diesem Prinzip in absolut neuer Art möglich. <IMAGE>
