[origin: DE10160570A1] A single component PUR binder containing (equivalents %): (A) cycloaliphatic polyisocyanate enamel (100); (B)(isocyanate group blocking agent (60-90); (C1) a polymeric OH component (80-95); and (C2) an OH-functional hydrazide compound, and optional other additives, where A+B+C1+C2 has no free but only blocked NCO groups and the equivalent ratio A:(C1+C2) = 1:1 to 1:1.1 is new An Independent claim is included for preparation of the binder by reaction of polyisocyanate (A) with blocking agent (B) at 70-100 deg C to the calculated NCO content, dilution with a solvent inert to NCO groups, quick addition of the total amount of OH component (C1+C2) at 60 deg C and stirring at 60 deg C until no NCO groups can be detected by IR spectroscopy.
