[origin: WO03054376A1] The invention relates to an injector for internal combustion engines, which comprises a control valve upstream of the main flow valve. The aim of the invention is to improve an injector of the aforementioned type in such a manner that the connection between inlet and outlet, which is controlled via the valve member of the control valve and which passes the control room, functions inter alia as a throttle which reduces control leakage. To achieve this, the stop of the control piston is limited vis-à-vis the front overlapping the control room.
