Abstract (en)

The solid units, available singly from a dosing device serving for administering of pharmaceutical products, take the form of a small spheroidal body with a specified mass, and contain exact amounts of at least one active ingredient together with auxiliary pharmaceutical substances. Independent claims are also included for (1) a method for producing the proposed solid administering units; (2) a dosing device for such units; and (3) an application of the proposed solid units for administering of pharmaceutical products in individually specified amounts.

Um eine feste, exakt dosierbare, feste pharmazeutische Darreichungsformen zur Einzelausgabe aus Dosiervorrichtungen zu schaffen, die einerseits stabil sind und jeweils einheitlich und gleichmäßig dosiert werden können, andererseits durch die Möglichkeit einer beliebigen und genauen Abteilbarkeit eine präzise optimale individuelle Dosierung für unterschiedlichste Anforderungen gestatten, ist vorgesehen, dass die Darreichungsformen kleine sphäroide Festkörper mit mindestens einem Wirkstoff bei Bedarf zusammen mit pharmazeutischen Hilfsstoffen darstellen und einen exakten Masse- und Wirkstoffgehalt aufweisen. <IMAGE>
