Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1457263A2] The separating disc (1) for a centrifuge has a disc-form base section (2) to which is connected a tubular section. A deflection passage (3) for a fluid phase is formed in the base section and extends inwards in an arc from the periphery of the base section at an acute angle to the direction of flow. At least one wall (4,5) or wall contour of the deflection passage is constructed completely or partially in wave form. The wave form is created by at least one wave contour (6a,6b,7a,7b) which has at least one reversal point (W).
