Abstract (en)
In a domestic oven having a cooling fan, a chimney for discharge of vapours from a cooking chamber in which such discharge is substantially driven by the cooling fan by means of Venturi effect, the cooling fan is switched on/off according to a predetermined sequence in order to improve the energy efficiency of the oven. <IMAGE>
