Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1459647A1] The brush has a twisted core (10) that defines the whorls, and bristles that extend from the core. Two distorted bristles (12) are placed between two adjacent whorls (10a, 10b), and provide removal or stretching or crushing of a matter in one point along their length. The bristles non-radially extend towards an external end, starting from the point. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a conditioning device having the brush (b) a procedure for the application of a product on keratinous fibers.
