Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1459822A1] The tool has an upper trimming punch (6) integrated with a vertically movable slide. A lower punch (13) traverses a lower trimming plate (11) at base of the upper punch (6). The lower punch (6) co-operates with the lower trimming plate (11) to cut burr of a crankshaft when the crankshaft arrives in contact with the trimming plate (11) and to rectify the crankshaft retained between two punches.
