[origin: EP1460214A2] The locking bar (10) is made from plastic and is provided with a number of catch parts (12) in a pre-determined fixed pattern. The catch parts are integrally formed from the bar. The lock comprises a locking bar extending parallel to the edge of the door and provided with at least one catch part cooperating with at least one holder secured to the door frame. An actuator device is used to move the bar in its length direction between open and locked positions.
