Abstract (en)
A ventilation apparatus (4) possesses a shaft (8) connected to a motor (7) and to a fan (6) in such a way as to rotate in a predetermined direction of rotation (S) in order to generate a fluid flow. The apparatus (4) also possesses an engagement and disengagement device (26) that allows the shaft to turn freely in the predetermined direction of rotation (S) and prevents contrarotation of the shaft in the opposite direction to the predetermined direction of rotation (S). The apparatus is lightweight and compact. Furthermore, the apparatus engages and disengages itself completely automatically, with no external intervention to activate or deactivate it. <IMAGE>
