Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1460710A1] The attenuator has a resistive layer (2) deposited on one side of a substrate. The resistive layer has one region connected to a conducting band (5) and another region connected to mass zone (6). The resistive layer is covered by a plan of mass connected to the mass zone and isolated from the resistive layer by an insulating layer. The plan of mass has a conducting material deposited by serigraphy on the insulating layer. An independent claim is also included for a manufacturing process of a power attenuator.
