[origin: WO03057052A1] The invention relates to an injection apparatus (1) which blasts pressurised working liquid against the tissue to be treated in order to hollow out an injection channel and which subsequently injects the active product into said channel. The inventive apparatus comprises a reserve of working liquid (2) which can be pressurised and which is connected to a handpiece (5) by means of a main branch (4) of the fluid system. An active end piece (8) is disposed at the end of said handpiece comprising outlet means for a pressurised jet of working liquid. Moreover, the invention comprises a secondary branch opening (15) which is parallel to the main branch and which is fluidically isolated from same. Said secondary branch is intended to contain the active product. According to the invention, a multiplexing means (24) is used independently to control the opening and closing of the isolation valves (22, 23) of each of the two branches of the system according to pre-determined parameters.
