[origin: WO03058983A1] The present invention relates to a PABX system (1) in which each of a number of telephone connections is allotted its respective mobile telephone apparatus (4, 5) which can be connected to a mobile telephone telecommunications system (2), wherein a telephonist (T) is assigned to one (4) of said mobile telephone apparatus, wherein the system also includes a first unit (6a) which is related to or connected to the mobile telephone system and which is adapted to initiate and/or to implement one or more of the coupling functions that are normally assigned to a PABX, wherein the PABX-system further includes a second unit (6b) which is co-ordinated with the first unit and adapted to implement one or more control functions or check functions and further includes a third unit (6c) adapted to implement one or more switchboard functions. An information transfer connection (8) can be setup between said first is and second units (6b, 6e) and said third unit (6c) via an available Internet (9"). The co-ordination of software (6b1 and 6e1) affords an increase in the number of available interception services.
