Abstract (en)
Device for high pressure deformation comprises a tool divided along a separating plane into two tool halves, and a tool support having for each tool half at least one tool support component (5, 6). Each tool support component consists of a positioning plate (9, 9'), at least one piston (10, 10') standing on the positioning plate, and a piston holding plate (11, 11'). The piston holding plate has a recess (12) with a greater diameter than that of the piston. A fluid is arranged in a hollow chamber produced in the recess when the piston protrudes into the recess. Preferred Features: The piston lies with its side wall on a sealing ring (13) arranged in the side wall of the recess.

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur Hochdruckumformung mit einem Werkzeug (1), das entlang einer Trennebene in zwei Werkzeughälften (2,3) geteilt ist, wobei die beiden Werkzeughälften eine mit einem hydrostatischen Innendruck zur Formgebung an einem umzuformenden Werkstück beaufschlagbare Formkammer (4) ausbilden, und mit einem Werkzeugträger (5,6), der für jede Werkzeughälfte wenigstens eine dieser Werkzeughälfte zugeordnete Werkzeugträgerkomponente aufweist, ist vorgesehen, daß jede Werkzeugträgerkomponente (5,6) aus einer Aufstellplatte (9,9'), wenigstens einem auf dieser Aufstellplatte aufstehenden Kolben (10,10') und einer Kolbenaufnahmeplatte (11,11') ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kolbenaufnahmeplatte für den Kolben eine Vertiefung aufweist, deren Durchmesser etwas größer als der Durchmesser des Kolbens ist, und wobei in einem bei Vorstehen des Kolbens in die Vertiefung ausgebildeten Hohlraum in der Vertiefung ein Fluid anordbar ist. <IMAGE>
