Abstract (en)
The fitting has a case (2) presenting a front wall (3) with an access to a maneuvering unit (5) disposed in the case. The maneuvering unit controls the movement of a locking unit (43) e.g. hook bolt, of a drawer (23) between a locking position and an unlocking position. The maneuvering unit also has a transmission unit (18) to control the movement of the locking unit across an opening in a case wall (15). The drawer is mounted external to the maneuvering unit.

Ferrure de verrouillage pour ouvrant coulissant comportant un boîtier (2) présentant une paroi avant (3) pourvue d'une ouverture d'accès (4) à un organe de manoeuvre (5) disposé dans ledit boîtier (2) et défini apte à commander en déplacement, entre une position de verrouillage et une position déverrouillée, un coulisseau (23) à même d'agir sur un organe de verrouillage (43), notamment un pêne à crochet. Cette ferrure de verrouillage est caractérisée par le fait que ledit organe de manoeuvre (5) comporte des moyens de transmission (18) définis apte à commander en déplacement, au travers d'une ouverture (19, 20, 21, 22) dans au moins une des parois (6, 7, 15) du boîtier (2), ledit coulisseau (23) monté mobile extérieurement à ce dernier. <IMAGE>
