The door check device has a base plate (9) fixable on a pillar (1) of a door opening and a swivel mounted holding yoke (18) which is guided on a component part of the frame part which is mounted on the base plate. The component part for guiding the holding yoke runs on both sides of the base plate. The holding yoke can comprise two arms (27,28) whose ends on the door side are attached to the bearing part (15) and whose ends on the frame side are connected through a web.

An einem Türfeststeller für Flügeltüren von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einer an einer Rahmensäule (1) einer Türöffnung eines Kraftfahrzeugs befestigbaren Grundplatte (9), einem an der Grundplatte (9) angeordneten Rahmenteil, einem an einem Türflügel (2) befestigbaren Lagerteil (15) und einem Haltebügel (18), der an dem Lagerteil (15) schwenkbar gelagert und an einem Bauteil des Rahmenteils geführt sowie, an einem Rastierungselement des Rahmenteils in einer geöffneten Stellung des Türflügels (2) arretierbar ist, ist für eine einfache Handhabung und zur Vermeidung manueller Eingriffe sowie für eine sichere Rastierung bei kompakter Bauform und für eine möglichst lange Betriebsdauer vorgesehen, daß das Bauteil zum Führen des Haltebügels (18) auf beiden Seiten der Grundplatte (9) verläuft. <IMAGE>
