Abstract (en)
Each relay yoke plate (11) is placed in an exact position with respect to the electric contacts, and they are held by a first carrier band (5) during the spraying process. There are two contact strips (7,8) mounted on connecting strips (9,10) attached to the first carrier band. A second carrier band (6) has distance pieces (23) carrying the yoke plates. Components are carried through several manufacturing steps (P1-14) on three lines (R1-3). Components are moved from the first and third lines onto the second line to help assemble the finished relays.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellen einer Relaiseinheit und ein Relais beschrieben, dessen Herstellung einfach und präzise ist. In einem einzigen Umspritzvorgang werden Anschlusskontakte und ein Joch mit einer Magnetspule miteinander vergossen. Dabei wird eine exakte Position der Jochplatte in Bezug auf die Kontakte eingestellt. Die Kontakte und die Jochplatte sind während des Umspritzprozesses mit jeweils einem Trägerband verbunden. Dadurch ist das Handling der Einzelteile beim Umspritzvorgang besonders einfach. Durch die exakte Positionierung zwischen der Jochplatte und den Kontaktanschlüssen können zwei Schenkel der Jochplatte als Lager und Anschlagfläche für einen Anker verwendet werden. <IMAGE>
