Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1464611A2] The method for running moderation of a link chain of a haulage chain, in which the link chain is guided over an electric motor driven polygonal chain wheel with unequal pitch, has a periodic and/or random and damping control value superimposed on the speed of the chain wheel (4), and the control value effects a change of the chain speed in a way that a forming of a resonance oscillation is prevented. The electric motor (2) is controlled via an electronic damper (8). An independent claim is included for a haulage chain for carrying out the proposed method of running moderation.
