The internal combustion engine (10) has combustion taking place during the starting phase in the expansion stroke of at least one cylinder (3) and the method involves determining the oxygen concentration in the working cylinder before the starting phase and feeding in a quantity of fuel to be burnt depending on the oxygen concentration. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) an internal combustion engine, preferably with direct injection and external ignition.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Anlassen einer Brennkraftmaschine (10), bei welchem durch Messung des Zylinderinnendruckes (pcyl), des Ansaugdruckes (pman) und/oder des Luftmassenflusses (MAF) im Ansaugkrümmer (2) die Sauerstoffkonzentration im Arbeitszylinder (3) der Brennkraftmaschine abgeschätzt wird. Zur Begrenzung des Rechenaufwandes erfolgt die Messung der genannten Größen vorzugsweise nur bei ausgewählten Kurbelwellenwinkeln, z. B. bei einem oberen beziehungsweise unteren Totpunkt eines Kolbens. Die genaue Kenntnis der Sauerstoffkonzentration ermöglicht eine optimale Zumessung des während der Startphase der Brennkraftmaschine injizierten Kraftstoffes, wobei durch die Verbrennung in der Startphase der Startvorgang unterstützt beziehungsweise ohne Startermotor ausgeführt wird. <IMAGE>
