[origin: WO03060455A1] The invention relates to a method for investigation of essentially similar samples (13) for leaks, whereby the samples are introduced to a leak detection device (19) by means of a transport device (14), investigated for leaks and removed by means of a transport device (21, 22). According to the invention, an "in-line" leak investigation of the samples (13) may be carried out, whereby, each sample (13) is placed in one of several test chambers (19), located on a circular support (16). During the rotation of the support (16), the leak test is first prepared and then carried out and finally the sample (13) is removed from the test chamber (19) and taken away.
