[origin: WO03055089A1] An invention cooling a radio base station by using heat exchanging pipes mounted in the antenna. Excess cooling power can be stored in an in-ground storage device adjacent to the radio base station and used during periods of peak temperatures. Primarily cooling power can be generated at night and stored in the in-ground storage device, and used during the day.
