Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1466857A2] The frame with a battery compartment for a high shelf loading vehicle has two vertical side frames (1) with large square apertures (7) to allow removal of the battery block. The front ends of the frames have reinforced (3) projections (2) accommodating bearings for wheel axles. The two frame members are joined by crossbeams (5) and there is a wall (4) with small apertures at the back.
