[origin: EP1466859A2] The crossbars (3,4) hold two side-frames (1) together, and have top (13) and bottom (14,15) fastening screws engaging brackets (12,16) attached to approximately vertical guides (7). The top brackets for the guides have may have wooden or plastics stop members (8). The bottom fastening screws may adjust the angle of the guides to the vertical. There are reinforced (6) fastening points (2) for wheel bearings.
