[origin: EP1466862A1] A vertical axis swivel (12) carries a first movable arm (14) with inner (48) and outer (50) telescopic sections. It has horizontal axis swivels (52,54) at each end. The second arm (16) is telescopic and has a leveling cylinder (38) on its outer portion connected to the horizontal axis swivel (26) on the support (24) for the lifting platform (56). A tilt sensor (42) on the lifting platform is connected to the leveling cylinder.
